Job Responsibilities:-

  • Ensure our customer able to operate our systems well and provide setup and training to them;
  • Efficiently troubleshoot Software, Hardware, Mobile Device (Android, iOS), Mobile Apps;
  • Participate in the Software Unit Testing Process, Pre-Deployment Testing and Systems Deployment.

Job Requirements:-

  • 1 year or more experience in application support field;
  • Have basic knowledge in Linux / Ubuntu administration, MySQL, MSSQL and NoSQL (MongoDB);
  • Have experience in AWS cloud component e.g. EC2, S3, CloudFront;
  • Willing to support and standby in extended normal hours;
  • Able to communicate and fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will be advantages;
